Our Story
Who We Are
In the Summer of 2020, we proudly purchased Back In Balance Therapeutic Massage in New Berlin with a vision rooted in compassionate care and meaningful client relationships. As a husband-and-wife team, we've remained committed to creating a welcoming, personalized experience for every individual who walks through our doors.
Through years of dedication, we've grown to serve more than 4,500 clients - each one a reflection of the trust our community has placed in us.
With that same passion, we're excited to expand in Delafield in the Fall of 2026. Our goal is to bring high-quality, therapeutic massage to the Lake Country area while continuing to uphold the small-business values and personalized care that define who we are.
